Nach allem was wir bisher wissen wurde Sars-CoV-2 in einer Zusammenarbeit mehrerer biologischer Forschungsinstitute im Auftrag des NIH unter der Projektbezeichnung "1 RO 1 Al 110964-0" künstlich hergestellt.

Diese Arbeit ist im bewilligungs Dokument für das Projekt ausführlich beschrieben, sogar welche Schritte in welchem Jahr durchgeführt wurden. Das ursprungs Projekt lief im Zeitraum von 06/01/2014 - 05/31/2019

Das Ziel:

For Aim 1: Identify, characterize and rank spillover risk of high zoonotic potential viruses
from wildlife, the building of chimeric SARS-like bat coronaviruses will be based on the
SHC014 or the pangolin coronavirus molecular clones and the building of chimeric
MERS-CoV will be based on the HKU5 strain. Prior to further altering the mutant viruses
you must provide NIAID with a detailed description of the proposed alterations and
supporting evidence for the anticipated phenotypic characteristics of each virus.
o Alternative approaches to those referenced above, including building chimeras based on
SARS-CoV-1, SARS-CoV-2, and MERS-CoV, may be subject to the DHHS P3CO
Framework and must be submitted to NIAID for review and approval prior to the work
commencing.

Conducted observational research and mapping in: Yunnan: In and around Xiang Yun
village (two clinics and one wildlife restaurant); in and around the remote Lu Feng village
(1 wildlife farm, 1 wildlife butcher and 1 wildlife restaurant) and at the An Ning
communicable disease hospital complex; Guangxi: In and around LiPu, (two markets, 3
wildlife farms, 1 wildlife restaurant); and Guangdong: Guangzhou wildlife market,
Foshon wildlife market (this market is where the first cases of SARS were traced back to
in 2003).

Secured local IRB approval in November 2014 from Wuhan University School of Public
Health, Hubei Province, to conduct qualitative research, to administer behavioral surveys
and to collect biological data including blood (no more than 550ml), sputum, and stool
samples from humans. We secured US IRB approval through Hummingbird IRB (2014-
23 approval letter sent to NIH) in November 2014 for qualitative, quantitative and
biological specimen data collection.

Jahr 2: 2016-2017

Additional Year 2 items for Specific Aim 3:
• The infectious clone of WIVl was successfully constructed using reverse genetic methods;
• Two chimeric bat SARS-like coronavirus strains were constructed by replacing the S gene in the
backbone of WIVl;
• Permission to import mice with human ACE2 to China was obtained, so as to conduct the
experimental infections proposed in our R0l specific aims.

c Aim 3: Testing predictions of CoV inter-species transmission. We will test our models of host range (i.e. emergence potential) experimentally using reverse genetics, pseudovirus and receptor binding assays, and virus infection experiments in cell culture and humanized mice. With bat-CoVs that we've isolated or sequenced, and using live virus or pseudovirus infection in cells of different origin or expressing different receptor molecules, we will assess potential for each isolated virus and those with
receptor binding site sequence, to spill over. We will do this by sequencing the spike (or other receptor binding/fusion) protein genes from all our bat-CoVs, creating mutants to identify how significantly each would need to evolve to use ACE2, CD26/DPP4 (MERS-CoV receptor) or other potential CoV receptors.

Jahr 3 2017 -2018

Establishment of animal infection models for bat SL-CoV and MERS-related CoV: Mice with human ACE2 have been imported to China and have been bred for one generation in Wuhan Institute of Virology. Transgenic mice that express human DPP4 have also been constructed and are being bred. The animal infection experiments are planned to be conducted in following years to study the pathogenicity of diverse SL-CoVs and MERS-related CoV that we identified in Chinese bats.

Animal infection experiments of SL-CoVs and MERS-related CoV were not done in Year 3, as this is planned as part of work in Year 4.

Jahr 4 2018-2019

Using the reverse genetic methods we previously developed, infectious clones with the WIV1 backbone and the spike protein of SHC014, WIV16 and Rs4231, respectively, were constructed and recombinant viruses were successfully rescued. In Year 4, we performed preliminary in vivo infection of SARSr-CoVs on transgenic mice that express hACE2. Mice were infected with 105 pfu of full-length recombinant virus of WIV1 (rWIV1) and the three chimeric viruses with different spikes. Pathogenesis of the 4 SARSr-CoVs was then determined in a 2-week course. Mice challenged with rW IV1-SHC014S have experienced about 20% body weight loss by the 6th day
post infection, while rWIV1 and rWIV-4231 S produced less body weight loss.

Und dann haben wir auf einmal eine weltweite Pandemie..?!

Wenn man Ockhams Rasiermesser hier als Standard anwendet, dann würde Ich sagen das damit der Ursprung des Virus eigentlich geklärt sein sollte.

Eine interessante Frage die bisher auch noch ungeklärt ist, bleibt jedoch die, was Herr Dr. Dorsten über diese Forschungen wusste.

Wir wissen aus den E-Mails von Dr Fauci das er nachdem Im Magazin Zerohedge ein Artikel erschien der sich mit dem möglichen Laborursprung befasste,
fast schon Panisch eine Telefonkonferenz einberufen hat.

Diese Telekonferenz fand am 1. Februar 2020 statt und auf Ihr wurden wahrscheinlich die wahren Ursprünge des Virus offengelegt und das weitere Vorgehen besprochen.
Interessanterweise war das auch die Zeit in der die Bundesregierung von "alles halb so wild" auf Ihren andauernden panik Modus verfallen ist.

Leider sind viele Teile der Emails noch stark Zensiert allerdings ergeben sich daraus einige interessante Fragen.

1. Was genau wurde am 1. Februar 2020 in der Telefonkonferenz besprochen.
2. Was genau wusste Herr Dr Drosten von dieser Forschung.
3. Gab es irgendwelche Kooperationen zwischen dem RKI und einer der am Projekt beteiligten Labore.
4. Hat auch die Bundesregierung von Anfang an gewusst woher das Virus kam, was hat Herr Drosten der Bundesregierung offen gelegt.

Diese Frage ist besonders Interessant, da Herr Drosten mit 3 Mitarbeitern des Projekts bestens bekannt ist.

Diese sind:

Ralph Baric, Thiravat Hemachudha und Supaporn Wacharapluesadee.
Eine direkte Beteiligung des RKI lässt sich zwar aus den vorliegenden Dokumenten bisher nicht direkt ableiten allerdings ist Herr Drosten mit den in Frage kommenden Personen über seine Langjährige Forschungsarbeit bestens bekannt und auch der name Corman taucht in den Dokumenten mehr als ein mal auf.
Da das RKI über eine BSL3 Einheit verfügt wäre es allerdings eine der wenigen Einrichtungen die Arbeiten oder Dienstleistungen an diesem Projekt hätte durchführen können.
