Not the only troubling part

Borrell continues this racism at the same event, when talking about new cold wars and cutting China's belt and road initiative used for access to "emerging countries" resources. "Emerging countries" is code for countries exploited by European Colonialism or the Global South.
Europe does not have a right to OPEC+ oil and gas. It doesn't have a right to African rare earth minerals.
Those belong to those countries and they have a right to determine policies to best benefit their people without threats of sanctions from EU dinosaurs.
And it's not just Borrell either. Ursula von der Leyen gave a very similar speech at the EU Ambassadors Conference in Brussels about Cold Wars and pressuring "emerging countries" who work with China and Russia. People need Russian grain not to starve. Europe punishing them for feeding their people is appalling.
We have had 500 years of European Colonial Empires waging racial wars, slavery and committing genocide for capital. If we don't want 501 years we need to remove these people from power.
